Travel to Phi Phi Islands, Thailand
Located 2 hours from Phuket in Thailand by ferry, those islands little piece of paradise. The archipelago is composed of six islands. The main Island is small and you can do everything on foot.
On one side of Koh Phi Phi, most of the tourists are young people coming to enjoy the beach parties sleeping in hostels. (By the way, those parties stop at 1 am maximum.)
On the other side of the island, you can find beautiful resorts in a peaceful atmosphere.

Half day in a longtail cruise with Mr Chet
We tried it for you and it was the best memories we will keep from our travel to Koh Phi Phi. We booked a tour in a longtail, those long typic boat from Thailand. We were 6 people on the boat. You can also ask for a private tour, the price will only depend on the number of people on board. The staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating about our timing. They took pictures with their go-pro all the tour.
First, you will head towards Viking Cave and dive in Loh Sa Mah Bay and observe the seabed with all kinds of fish and baby sharks. Then, you will swim and relax in the sumptuous Pi Leh Lagoon. For the lunch, towards Loh Samah Bay where you will enjoy a Thai meal and relax on the beach. After that, you will discover the famous Maya Bay, where the movie “The Beach” with Leonardo Di Caprio was shot. In June 2018, the access to the beach has been denied because of mass tourism, which destroyed the ecosystem. Finally, you will have the opportunity to swim and feed monkeys in a small creek.
In order to avoid the mass tourism, this option is our favorite! You can have a look at some picture we took during this day down below.

Find the best view point
Phi Phi Island has an unusual shape, it is like an ‘H’; The two vertical bars of the "H" are mountainous and covered with jungle. Situated at an altitude of 186m, it roughly takes between 20 and 40 minutes to get there on a well-trodden and paved path through this kind of mountain.
Kayaking on the turquoise water
The prices are about 150-300 baht/hour, or 200-350 baht/hr for a two-person kayak. Day rentals should be no more than 800 baht.
Do not hesitate to jump out of the kayak and snorkle to discover beautiful and colorful fishes.
